Our goal is to provide high quality coffee for you. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at 939-288-6818 or olefrod.65@gmail.com within 7 days of the date you received your order to initiate a return, refund or exchange. If you are under a product quality issue. We are not responsible for mishandling caused by the mail carrier (USPS). When you call, please have the original packaging available.

Orders will not be refunded when the customer has made an error such as quantity, size or shipping address errors.
